A very good B&B close to the centre of Poole, with parking outside the house. The bedroom was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was a little basic, and a coffee maker would be a useful addition.

We found a real gem for the night before our early ferry to Cherbourg. The rooms were quiet, the facilities superb and the beds really comfortable. Susan was friendly, helpful and full of useful information. I've never slept so well before an early start on a trip.
The location is hard to beat. Shops, the town centre and station are all an easy, flat walk of no more than seven minutes, and Poole Park and the sea are about 10 minutes away. It's a characterful, elegant house that's clearly looked after, with stylish, clean rooms. Sue is thoughtful, kind and helpful without hovering. Guests can use the kitchen, which has a microwave, fridge and even an airfryer. I'd love to stay again.
Cranborne House is a lovely building in a great spot, with very clean, beautifully decorated rooms and free parking. Sue was a welcoming, friendly host, and the relaxed, homely feel made the stay special. The bed and pillow were comfortable too. At weekends there are pastries for a self-service breakfast. It's an easy walk from the station, and there are lovely sea walks, beaches, restaurants and the incredible RNLI nearby. I'd want to come back.
Sue, the owner, made us feel right at home. This is a comfortable, well-kept B&B in a very central part of Poole, with a kitchen where guests can prepare their own food and drinks. Thanks, Sue!
