The restaurant made a real difference to the stay. The service there was brilliant, especially from the man I’m guessing was the manager. He made sure the kids were fed first, and spoke to the children at their table like adults. Such a pleasure, thank you. The staff elsewhere were lovely and accommodating too, and it was quieter than I expected given how close it is to the road. The room itself did the job, but this Premier Inn is in need of a serious refresh, as some others are.

The hotel was nice and quiet, with clean rooms and close access to all the amenities. But my single room had no window, air con or chest of drawers. I wouldn’t stay again unless I could make sure I got a room with a window.

The staff were friendly, there’s free parking, and the plugs are right by the bed. Beefeater is next to the hotel. Breakfast was good as always, though I personally prefer a buffet for the hot food instead of ordering it. The free wifi was very slow, but the paid option was decent.

I got a great, comfortable night’s sleep, just as I’d expect from a Premier Inn. I also want to thank Claire, the lady on reception last night. She was lovely, welcoming, professional and informative.

Sharon made us feel welcome right from our first night and showed us to our nice, clean room. The beds were really comfortable, and we slept well. On the second night, she went above and beyond to find us plates and cutlery so we could eat our dinner. She was super friendly and helpful. We’ll be back, mostly because of the service from Sharon! :)
