The function room was lovely, the food was excellent, and the staff and management were superb. I celebrated my birthday there last Saturday, 21st March, and had a fantastic night. I can't fault anything. Thank you to the Grand Hotel. Five stars from me. Rob Warren.

The room looked beautiful for the wedding evening, and the staff were lovely. We noticed the hotel had been refurbished since our visit four years ago, and it looks much better and more welcoming now. In room 201, the wardrobe's bottom open shelf was covered in white dust, and the shower needs a deep clean to get rid of black mold. The cleaners need to pay more attention to those areas.

The manager and bar staff were wonderful, friendly, and made us feel welcome. The hotel has been newly furnished and decorated to a top spec. Highly recommend it!
