A beautiful, spacious and clean place in a fabulous location, with everything well equipped. Black Rock Sands is only a 20-minute walk away.

We stayed in the 'Stables' cottage in the second week of April and had a brilliant time. The peaceful setting and surrounding landscape were lovely, and the weather was fantastic, so we felt really spoiled. The beach is 2.3 miles away; you can drive right onto it, park and enjoy the sea view. Mount Snowdon is only 13 miles away. One thing to watch is that the roads to the cottage are very narrow, with tight passing places. We managed fine in our medium-sized Volvo V40 hatchback, but I’m glad we didn’t bring my Audi A7, as driving it on those roads would have been much less pleasant.

It was so peaceful, with nothing but the sound of sheep. I wish I lived here, and my family thought it was lovely too. The games room was handy for wet weather, and the beds were comfortable, though the downstairs single had squeaky springs. We couldn’t fault much, and even the weather was good.
