I stayed at their property on Cleveland Road while working in the area. The room and en suite bathroom were very good, and it was spotless when I arrived. The cleaners were friendly and accommodating. A couple of things fell short: the Wi-Fi wasn't working properly because the network name wasn't available, and the password they'd given me didn't match any network. The parking permits mentioned weren't available either. We also had food stolen from the communal kitchen, though there's not much the host can do if people choose to take someone else's food. If I need accommodation in Portsmouth again, I'd contact this host first.

The kitchen’s great, and there’s even a really pretty dining table. There’s a little front room with a TV too. I didn’t use it, but it looks so homely. I’ve stayed here a couple of times and I’m coming back Sunday, yay! I’m always gutted when it’s fully booked. It’s clean, tidy, quiet, and in a good spot. The hosts are easy to reach for advice. I called because I couldn’t work the oven, and they were lovely and talked me through it. Nothing was wrong with it, I just didn’t know how to use it 🤣 Thanks again to the hosts. You’ve done an amazing job with everything 🥰😍🥰 DONNA XXX

The whole house is nicely decorated, and everyone was pleasant to deal with. It was neat, clean and quiet, especially for such a good price. One of the best places I’ve stayed.
