I booked Chuckys house from Australia for our 10th wedding anniversary and have photos of how dirty it was. The sofa and beds were filthy, the bathrooms were dirty, the kitchen was awful, and plug sockets were hanging off the walls. There were no window handles. The owner and the company we booked through were both uncooperative. I can back all this up with photos.
