Gradbach Mill

Our day went so smoothly, thanks to the team. The food got loads of compliments too. It was the wedding venue we’d always hoped to find.

We arrived to a warm farmhouse, and the rooms were clean, well stocked, and had good water pressure. The place is bigger than it looks in the photos. We split our group of 20 between the farmhouse and the cottage, which is only a short walk away, and the farmhouse had plenty of room for everyone to gather. We had no trouble using the hot tub, and the cooking setup easily managed our Christmas dinner for 20. Imogen was lovely to deal with and made organizing things easy. Everyone was really happy with the weekend :))

The venue was just right for my daughter's wedding, with plenty of outdoor space for the ceremony and even the bouncy castle for adults that she was determined to have. Colin, the manager, and Imogen, the coordinator on the day, were thoughtful and accommodating throughout. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The chef made fabulous Asian inspired vegan food especially for the occasion. It was simply fantastic. Thanks to the whole team.

The team at Gradbach Mill were knowledgeable, easygoing, and paid more attention to the details than we’d expected. The on-site accommodation was spot on, and the Farmhouse hot tub was the biggest we’ve ever been in. Enjoying it with family the day after the wedding was incredible. We got married at Gradbach Mill on 10.05.2025. The surroundings are beautiful, and our ceremony by the stream was amazing. The Mill worked really well for the meal, celebrations, and dancing. The food was tasty, well cooked, and served in generous portions. The cheesecake was a big hit with our guests. We’d choose Gradbach Mill again and will definitely come back for an anniversary or another visit. 12 out of 10 for Gradbach and the team.
