Ramsgate boutique

The staff on the day were kind, concerned and did their best to support us after our car was hit in a hit-and-run overnight while parked outside onde. We were grateful for how welcome they made us feel during a stressful situation. The damage was significant, and identifying the driver matters for our police report and insurance claim. We were told the CCTV would be checked, but after several emails and messages over the past 10 days, we've had no clear word on whether anyone reviewed it or found anything relevant. We understand these things can take time, but even a brief update would have helped. We're still hoping someone will get back to us.

For a weekend away from London, Albion was a great choice in Ramsgate. Our room was clean and lovely, with a beautiful sea view, soft linen and a comfortable bed. The bath was big enough to swim laps in. We brought our puppy, who had a treat waiting on arrival, plus a cosy dog bed and clean bowl in the room. Dasha, Lilly and Andre were so friendly and helpful, and made us feel looked after the whole time. We can't wait to come back. This will be our first choice for a stay in the future.

We held our mother's Celebration of Life here in Feb-26, and the function rooms worked perfectly. The buffet was very good quality and everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly, helpful and great to deal with. Thanks to everyone who helped.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were so attentive. Dasha, if I've got the spelling right, was professional and helpful. My room was spacious, spotless and had a great sea view. The interior is beautiful too. Had a fantastic stay at this gem of a hotel, and I'd definitely come back. Thank you!
