We stayed for two nights in Feb-26. This is a good choice for a budget trip, with friendly, helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a decent buffet breakfast. The location is great. We didn't book a sea view room, though one would've been nicer. The room felt very warm at first, but once we figured out the heating and AC, it was fine.

Jodie was working alone at reception when we arrived on 25th May and was clearly very busy, but she kept smiling and made us feel welcome right from the start. Our room was lovely and had a sea view. We really enjoyed the stay. Many thanks, Jodie, you're a credit to the hotel. See you again soon.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were extremely friendly. We had a really tasty roast beef dinner, beautifully presented and served in massive portions. The dessert selection was great too, especially the lemon meringue. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back!

The staff were very good, but the food was so poor that this was our first and last visit. Two of us ordered chicken pie, which looked like cheap tinned chicken soup poured into a bowl with puff pastry on top. My wife's fish and chips seemed to have been kept warm rather than heated through, and looked and tasted that way.

The room could've been cleaner: there were a few hairs in the bed and stains on the carpet. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The staff were super friendly, the location was great, and breakfast was included and nice. The air conditioning was a real plus during our June visit.
