We had a comfortable bed and a very clean, well-equipped room when my partner and I stayed at Amherst Guest house for a weekend in June. We were there for a wedding nearby and needed to iron our clothes. I'd forgotten the adapter for my own iron, but the hotel had an iron and ironing table we could use. We also had a really nice chat with the host when we met him. Thanks for everything!

We were there on 23 and 24 June, using the place as a base for a concert at Wembley. The location is also excellent for trips to London, and I'd stay here again if I needed somewhere for Windsor or London. Nicolai, the owner, was very hospitable. The bed was comfortable, and the light breakfast was a lovely way to start the day. Everything about the stay was excellent. I highly recommend it.

I can't find anything to fault here. The room was just right and felt homely, with a sofa and all the appliances: fridge, microwave, TV, kettle and iron. I'd give this accommodation 100% approval.

The management were really friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size, with plenty of tea and coffee, comfortable beds and a good shower.

I've never had a worse stay at a guest house or B&B. It cost the same as top chain hotels, and the free Wi-Fi and breakfast were advertised as included, but we ended up having to pay for them. Please stay away.
