For a place that works well for commuters, the area around Reading is also due for some interesting redevelopment, and the NCP car park is supposed to be knocked down soon. The building itself has improved, with extra fobs and security measures helping reduce trespassing. Still, there's nowhere secure for deliveries. Anything too big for the locked pigeon holes is left in the open by a door that isn't always properly shut, so boxes can go missing. The NCP car park alarm keeps going off, and it's loud enough to give you ongoing headaches if you're home for the day. Better door security and further measures would be needed to bring this up to five stars, though things have been getting better.

My girlfriend lives here, and the management has been awful and very unresponsive. Homeless people and kids regularly get into the lobby, pull out residents' post, and leave rubbish everywhere. They've also begun trying door handles at night, and management won't do anything about it.

DON'T COME! I've seen this in two separate weeks: there's no room available, so people leave their rubbish piled in front of the door. It blocks a fire escape route, which is basically a fire hazard. The ceiling is coming down too.
