Hilton Reading Hotel

We only had the bar menu on the evening we stayed, rather than the restaurant menu we'd seen online, and that left very little I could eat because of my food intolerances. I understand there was a coach load of people in the restaurant, but I wish we'd been told beforehand so we could have planned another option. The food available was a real disappointment.

The rooms were decent, and breakfast was good. We chose this place for a corporate event, and it worked really well. The staff were very helpful and made sure things ran smoothly. I'd definitely recommend it for accommodation in Reading.

I've stayed at the Hilton in Reading twice this year for special occasions, and each visit has felt like a lovely little break, even though it's close to home. The whole team has taken such good care of us. Paige and Rafae at the front desk deserve a special thank you for making my family and me feel so welcome. Your customer service really stands out, and it's people like you who bring guests back to the Hilton brand. Looking forward to seeing you all again in June! Xxx

The room was spotless, spacious, and well equipped after we got upgraded from Queen to King as Hilton Honors members. We stayed on a Sunday night in low season, January 2026, because I had a business meeting on the business park early Monday. It was a great stay and excellent value. Breakfast was first class, with a great range of food and drinks: continental options, fried food, porridge and cereal, fruit, and five different juices. We also had a good dinner on Sunday evening. It was very quiet, but the staff were attentive and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful.
