My dad checked out on 10th November, and I spent over two weeks trying to get my £200 security deposit back. I kept hearing the same things, that they were looking into it or that it had been refunded and I should wait 3-5 days. Nothing happened until I got Booking.com involved. The refund finally arrived on 27th November. I’ve never had to chase so much for money that should have been returned automatically. You also have to pick up the keys about a 20-minute walk away or take a bus, which is a real inconvenience. My full review is on Booking.com. To be clear, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Evelyn.
