There have been repeated antisocial incidents at the Merrick house complex for months. I’ve told management several times that the entry door can simply be kicked in, but they refuse to consider fixing it and just say not to open the door when a random person rings. That doesn't address the problem. Instead of repeatedly repairing walls kicked in by kids and leaving residents scared, they should fix the entry door. The police have been involved several times, but it hasn't stopped anything. A door that couldn't simply be kicked in or swiped with a card would prevent many forced entries. What will it take for this to be taken seriously? Update 2: Management or the realtor seem to be adding fake reviews to raise the rating. Don't be fooled. Just two days ago, kids threw stones through one of the glass entry doors and shattered it.
