The decor was beautiful, and this place could be lovely, but it needs some tender loving care. The kitchen smelled of bad drains, some cups and plates were chipped, and there was a damp smell throughout the apartment, possibly because it’s in the basement. The cleaning also wasn’t up to the standard advertised for a high-end dwelling.

Excellent apartment, with amazing sea views. It was clean and well specced.

The beds are lovely and the apartment feels clean and comfortable. The outside still looks like a building site, with scaffolding and building rubbish nearby, and the finish inside needs work too. There’s a broken kitchen drawer, a picture frame coming away from the wall and cracked floor tiles. It should be lovely once everything’s finished.

I really liked the clean, stylish decor, and the Regency matched the photos and description exactly. The apartment itself was great, but being on the basement level and the area around it were a letdown. It’s a terrible location, not somewhere I’d choose for a holiday or even a day out.
