The rooms were spacious and comfortable for a reasonable price, and the location is good. What stood out most was the staff: friendly, courteous, and always helpful. They clearly work hard, sometimes with one person seeming to handle everything, but they stayed cheerful throughout.

Harj and the team handled everything well, even while it was busy, and made us feel at home. The staff were friendly and professional. It's also in a great spot in Reigate, just a short walk from town. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back soon.

Daniel made our stay easy and enjoyable. He was amazing, very accommodating, and went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. Great service, thank you, Daniel!

The breakfast was decent, though the water for tea wasn't hot, and the staff were friendly. But cleanliness was seriously lacking. It looked like only the linens had been cleaned: the floors, phone, walls, bed's headboard, and nightstand were visibly dirty or sticky. Gross. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

The bed was comfortable, the amenities were good, and there's a nice bar just off reception serving Camden beers. The building has plenty of character, though it feels a bit dated, which suits it. Soundproofing isn't great, given the nature of the building. I'd stay again.
