The food was spot on. My Steak, Guinness, and Cheddar Pie was packed with flavor and properly filled, and my wife’s Steak Burger was excellent quality and cooked perfectly. We were served promptly and felt valued, which was a welcome change after a really disappointing experience elsewhere. In the bar area, the lady and gentleman working there were attentive, friendly and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. We’ve found our new go-to spot at Ye Olde Bell. Highly recommended!

The Spa was amazing, and the butler was lovely, explaining the day ahead and all the amenities. We had coffee and cocktails brought to us by the pool. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had all the amenities, and the food was fabulous with lots of choice. The waiter from Kirby was wonderful and funny. We went for the weekend with a group of friends, and all enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. It’s a wonderful hotel and Spa, and we’d definitely recommend it and return.

We felt welcome and comfortable the whole time because every member of staff was amazing. We didn’t use the spa facilities on this visit, but we’ll definitely try them next time. I’d really recommend this place!

The service was excellent and the food delicious at Brian’s 80th Birthday lunch yesterday. We had a great time, and you helped make a special birthday into a very special day. Thank you. ☺️

The pool was great, especially after dark when it goes outside. Everything was clean and very relaxing, and the facilities were good. We spent the afternoon at the Spa and had a treatment. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was lovely throughout. We had a lovely visit and will definitely return. Thank you!
