Breakfast was delicious, with plenty to choose from, including fruit, cereal, juices, tea and coffee, a full English and salmon. Mum and I both went for the full English and weren’t disappointed. Our room, number 6, had a lovely decor, a very comfortable bed and thoughtful little touches that made it feel homely. The ensuite was clean and had everything we needed. We only stayed one night on 12 June 2021, and our one regret is not booking longer. Mark and Kay were so friendly from the moment we arrived, made us feel at home, and kept checking if we needed anything. They took the time to chat, too. The beach and seafront attractions are just a two-minute walk away. I’d definitely stay again and hope to return soon. Thank you, Kay and Mark :)

Everything was so clean, fresh and immaculate, with lovely attention to detail. I work in the fragrance industry, and this place smells incredible. The rooms are comfortable, and nothing seems like too much trouble for Kay and mark. They really are perfect hosts. Best guest house we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ll definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The breakfast was fantastic and we had five-star service all the way through. My wife especially appreciated finding makeup remover in the room, which also had a cute little amazon alexa. Such a clever touch. The hosts were lovely, and communication was great from the start. They even let us know our room was ready before we’d arrived at the hotel. Everything was amazing, and we’d definitely love to stay again.

The beach is close by, and parking was easy to find. We had a great overnight stay, just me and my little boy. Our room was comfortable and clean, and Kay and Mark were lovely with him. They’re such warm, friendly hosts. Breakfast was delicious, too. I’d happily come back. Thanks for the lovely room and five-star service. Gem & Charlie x

The room was lovely, nicely decorated, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection, and it was great to have good quality bacon and sausages. As a biker, I really appreciated being offered secure parking tucked out of the way instead of having to leave my bike on the street. They also let me dry my wet riding gear in the laundry room, which was a big help. The hosts were welcoming and helpful throughout. Fully recommend.
