Melbourne Guest House

The bed was so comfortable that we both got a long, uninterrupted night's sleep. I'm a very light sleeper, but barely noticed any road noise. The guest house is in a quiet spot and well located, and we'd happily book again when we're nearby. Jenny and Brian were welcoming, and they're clearly very experienced at running the place. The rooms were spotless, which shows how much effort Jenny puts into them. Our room had a practical bath and shower setup that worked perfectly well, though don't expect modern extras or a powerful shower. Parking on their drive was a handy bonus. Jenny made a good breakfast with plenty to choose from. The sausage wasn't to our taste, but that's a small personal preference, especially given the reasonable room price. Thanks for having us, Jenny and Brian. See you again.

Breakfast was the best we've had, and there was enough to keep us going all day. The bed was really comfortable, the room was excellent, and parking just outside was easy. Jenny was a lovely, welcoming host. It felt like home from home.

The place was clean and lovely, and we had everything we needed. Jenny always took time to chat when we came back in, and she was very understanding with our two teenagers. Brian cooked a lovely breakfast. I'd be glad to stay again.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, and breakfast was both tasty and generous. We had a really enjoyable long weekend and nothing to complain about. Thanks, Jenny, this is how a B&B should be run.
