Premier Inn Rickmansworth

It's easy to get onto the major routes from here, and there are some nice walks nearby for stretching your legs after work or a long journey. The staff are really polite and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable enough, about what you'd expect from a Premier Inn. The food wasn't great, though: it was the typical in-house delivery, with a fairly restricted menu if you have dietary requirements.

We've been here with our family for 6 weeks and couldn't have asked for more. Being away from home has been really challenging for the kids, but the staff have all helped them feel at home. Breakfast is always top notch and dinner is great too. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping have been brilliant. Nothing is ever too much hassle.

I stayed for three weeks while attending a work conference. The staff were lovely and attentive throughout, and my room was always clean and in good condition. When I reported a shower drainage issue to JMK, he made sure it was sorted promptly. Breakfast and the restaurant were faultless, and the chefs are a credit to the hotel. Linda, Luciano and Clarisa served me in the restaurant, and they were all lovely and friendly. They always had time for a conversation and made me feel welcome. The food was consistently up to a good standard too.

Luciano's standout service really made the experience better, and we had a pleasant stay. The rooms had comfortable beds and the facilities were very clean. Breakfast didn't quite meet expectations. The hotel was a little difficult to find, and the car park layout could be improved (4/5). The biggest drawback was the lack of mobile phone reception on the first floor, which was quite inconvenient.
