Lee-Side B&B

After a long day on the Coast to Coast trail, soaking in the brilliant bathtub in Room 3 was pure heaven. This B&B is warm, comfortable and exceptionally well run, and I'd recommend it highly to anyone walking the route. Claire was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. The whole place was spotlessly clean, without a speck out of place. It's an ideal treat along the way.

Claire and her husband made us feel right at home during our four nights at Lee-side. They took our luggage to the room without being asked, and Claire even moved her car so we could park outside. We were offered tea, coffee and cake on arrival, and there was fresh milk in a fridge to help ourselves to, along with little flasks to keep it cool in the room. Breakfast had a good selection and was cooked perfectly. We'll definitely be back next year. Thank you both. 👏👏

Leeside was a great base for our three days in Robin Hoods Bay, close to places to eat and the way down to the lovely beach. It's dog friendly and has a comfortable guest lounge. Clair and Nigel are wonderful hosts, and the house is bright, very clean and full of character, with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of options.

At the end of our Coast to Coast walk, we were welcomed with tea and scones, and Claire served a delicious breakfast. She's a delightful person and a fantastic host. The room was spacious and relaxing, and this was definitely one of the best B&Bs of our walk. I'd absolutely stay here again if I return to Robin Hood's Bay.
