The location was great, and breakfast was good. I couldn't fault anything during my one night at this B&B, and the lady running it was lovely. I'd definitely come back. Thank you.

Breakfast was a real treat, freshly cooked with plenty of choice, and the airy conservatory room had a lovely view over the fields beside the property. My single room was spacious and well equipped, with a comfortable bed; the bathroom was spotless and very well appointed. Linda was a great host. There was a lot of noise from another occupant, but Linda dealt with it promptly when I asked. One small gripe, there isn't a shower shelf for shave oil or conditioner, which is a bugbear of mine. The place sits right on the outer edge of Rowlands Castle, though the setting is still pretty, and a nice bridle path leads to the beautiful village itself.

A handy spot for the Goodwood Revival, and a friendly B&B in Rowlands Castle. The room was clean, with a modern bathroom and shower, and breakfast was great.

They really do go the extra mile and are very friendly and helpful. Linda and Tim Harrod have been running this lovely guest house in Rowlands Castle for many years 😊 I highly recommend it 😊

There were so many spiders in the room that I counted 38 in one day and another 26 the following week. That's the only thing that kept this from being five stars. The owners were friendly, the location was nice, and I'd gladly stay again. Thanks to Linda and Tim for being kind to us.
