A really handy location, and the staff were very nice. The place looks dated, though it has a cosy feel. Parking is very limited, but we got a space; I believe permits are available otherwise. Breakfast was a basic continental spread, but enough for us. The TV reception didn't work, though we didn't need it.

I've been coming back here for over six months, and Marius and the team always make guests feel welcome. It's a family run B&B right in the heart of Leamington Spa, with pubs and restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms are decent and the beds are comfortable. Some rooms also have smart TVs with streaming services.

It's a friendly, classic hotel close to central Leamington. The continental breakfast is the only option, and the price felt a little high, but otherwise it was fine.

The room was clean and nice, and the bed was comfortable, but it got really cold, especially in winter. The bathroom heater didn't work, and seemed to be there just for the towels. Staff were helpful and friendly. There's no cooked breakfast for £110 a night, and parking is limited. The location is right at the top of the high street, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.
