The hotel’s lounge areas and restaurant were really comfortable, and the coffee and beers were good. We ate there most of the time because the food was such good quality for the price. Our rooms were comfortable too, and the staff were attentive and pleasant throughout. It’s easy to walk into the centre, and parking in front is free, a real bonus in such a busy town. We’d thoroughly recommend it and would stay again if we were in Tonbridge Wells.

My daughter treated me to afternoon tea, and it was exceptional. The food was delicious, the setting was perfect, and they kept refilling the teapot. All the staff were fantastic, professional, and attentive. I’d definitely visit again.

I hosted a baby shower and afternoon tea at the Royal Wells hotel. The cakes and scones were delicious, and I’d definitely recommend them. Before I booked, the staff got back to me with information so quickly. They were attentive on the day too, and had the room beautifully set up so we could use it as we wanted. Thanks again :)

The building is awesome and traditional, just how I like it. Our room was spacious with a big bed, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We only stayed two days, but I really loved it and would definitely return. Breakfast was great, something we looked forward to. Homemade granola, fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, and fresh juice, plus a pot of tea and eggs Florentine.
