Horrible place. It doesn’t support its patrons at all.

Avoid this taxpayer-funded hotel. Boycott it if it wants future trade.

I wish I could leave five stars, but I’ve had to change my review. The women managing things on the day shift need training in how to be welcoming. They should leave their ego and frustration outside before coming into the office. Some of the housekeeping also needs to be done properly. Leaving a Hoover by the door for guests to clean their own room isn’t right. Is that really what the government pays for, and is that the training the authority provides?
