Our church group of 43 has just enjoyed another excellent Christmas lunch here. Mrs Hollins and her team did us proud, with tasty food and very good service. We've been coming for the fourth or maybe fifth year, thanks to that and the quiet rural setting. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was generous, with plenty of choice, and came promptly. We enjoyed our stay at this family-run B&B and tea room on a working farm, just off a very quiet country road. There was no traffic noise. Our room was large, airy and perfectly clean, with the traditional feel of a guest house. We didn't use the shared TV lounge, dining space and kitchen, but they could be handy for a longer stay or a family visit.

A TOP HOLE day. I took 60 pensioners for a wholesome, well-cooked meal in very pleasant surroundings, and we also had a walk around the beautiful garden.

Our cycling group visited today and had a lovely time. The tearooms and gardens are beautiful, and the food, tea and coffee were excellent. The service and staff were superb. Thank you so much.

It felt like stepping into my grandma's parlour in the 1960s. The farmhouse and garden are lovely and homely, and we got a warm welcome with relaxed service. Breakfast was good value, and nothing was too much trouble. The tea service was just right for a traditional tearoom: china cups and jugs, loose-leaf tea in a large pre-warmed pot, with boiling water and milk ready. No sachets or plastic in sight.
