The spa and pool feel luxurious, and the treatment staff are highly skilled. I also loved the breakfasts, with quality ingredients cooked expertly and presented beautifully. It’s a traditional, welcoming hotel, and the staff really care about giving you good service. Thank you all.

The restaurant meal was one of the best I’ve had, every dish made just right, and the breakfast was amazing too. What makes this one of my favourite hotels, though, is the genuinely friendly service that makes a stay memorable. It’s also central, around a 10 minute walk to the main city. I’d recommend it for a business trip or a holiday, and would gladly give it more than five stars.

We had a spacious sea view room, with the bay only about 100 yards away. The cocktails at the bar were good, and the food was high quality, though not cheap. The price felt fair for what we ate and the service. Breakfasts were great too, including a smoothie of the day. Mine was apple and beetroot, which sounded odd but tasted really nice. The indoor pool was at a comfortable temperature for exercise, and the steam room was very clean. The hotel itself is warm and spotless, and everyone was welcoming. We came to have a look around and plan to spend a week here in May. No need to look elsewhere in Jersey.

The hotel is lovely, but the people working there are what made my stay memorable. Charlotte at reception welcomed me so warmly and made check-in easy. Alvis, the concierge, gave thoughtful recommendations and took genuine care, while Isabel’s attentive, friendly service made every restaurant meal a pleasure. The whole team was professional, warm and detail-oriented. I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Jersey Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jersey 🇯🇪.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but came for afternoon tea and really enjoyed the wide tea selection and very good food. Yohan, I think that was his name, was an amazing waiter. The service and conversation were both great, and we still talk about how good the experience was with him looking after us. We’ll be back, and hope Yohan is our waiter again! 🩷
