The room was clean and quiet, and we slept well. The espresso machine was a nice touch, and dinner on the first night was okay, though it took ages to arrive and the place seemed short staffed. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that. For a three-night stay, the basics weren't refreshed. We never got more tea or coffee, and after asking for a room clean that didn't happen, we had to request loo roll at reception. We started with only one set of towels and had to ask for more. The bathroom door hook was missing, but they fixed it. The TV remote was screwed shut and needed new batteries; it took several asks to get that sorted. Reception staff weren't especially pleasant. Is this deliberate Premier Inn policy?

The value was great: £26.99 covered two evening courses, a drink, and breakfast. The staff are always friendly, and breakfast is hard to beat. It's close to town, with a lovely park beside the hotel.

The hotel was handy for both the shops and bus station, and the staff were as friendly, pleasant, and helpful as could be. We would both recommend staying here. We spent three nights here in November 2025 and had a superb visit. Since we arrived well before check-in, we left our luggage at the hotel and explored St. Helier more easily. Our room was very clean, spacious enough, and had an extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast came with our deal and was a great start to the day. We also had dinner at the hotel, where they handled a Coeliac's needs very easily.

Breakfast was great for £11, and the hotel was quiet and clean. I had a very comfortable three-night stay. The rooms are spacious and have all the essentials. I highly recommend it.

The location on Bath Street worked really well, with the shops only a five-minute walk away. I found the Premier Plus room worth paying extra for, even just for the wifi. Breakfast was great, everything fresh, and the staff were attentive. It's a friendly, well-run Premier Inn, and the staff are always lovely and go the extra mile.
