We came from Munich and had a wonderful experience. Naim looked after us with warm, professional and attentive service that made us feel welcome. Sam the chef prepared an absolutely delicious meal. Great food, great service and a lovely atmosphere.

The food was fine, but the service really let the visit down. Eva seemed a bit off throughout. When I asked for vinegar, she set it at the far end of the table instead of passing it over, and when we wanted drink refills, she snatched our glasses away. Her manner wasn't very polite. This was on Sunday 3/5/26.

Cherelle looked after us really well when we came in around midday Saturday. She was friendly and funny, and the atmosphere was fab too, with a great location and feel good music. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back soon :)

I’m at the Premier Inn for work every month, and I always come to Beefeater. The food and service are consistently great, and the staff are really polite and friendly. Jack often serves me and is especially lovely.

I only stopped in for a drink and to dry off after getting caught in a thunderstorm last week (09/05), but the barmaid was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I’ve never had customer service like that. I didn’t get her name to mention here, unfortunately. The menu looked good, so I’ll definitely visit again, even though I didn’t eat or stay this time.
