Host Stay Sunbeam House

It was the little welcome touches that made this beautiful, cosy home feel so special. The lights were already on when we arrived, and there was milk in the fridge, biscuits and teacakes. We also found plenty of Yorkshire tea, coffee and sugar, condiments, handwash and loo roll, plus shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Inside was immaculate and decorated so nicely. The dog had a safe, secure courtyard, too. It's the best accommodation we've stayed in. We were there for three nights and would definitely return and recommend it.

We stayed here over New Year 2024. It was quiet, warm, very clean and well furnished, and the location worked well with dogs. Saltburn Country Park is a five-minute walk away for dog exercise, and it's about a ten-minute walk to the seafront. There was enough on-street parking.

A very enjoyable stay in a homely house that was beautifully decorated and really clean. The milk and hot cross buns were much appreciated. Highly recommended.

The enclosed little back yard is a real sun trap, and the house has both an upstairs bathroom and a lovely wet room downstairs. On a quiet residential street, it's just a short walk into Saltburn. This old Victorian property has been renovated beautifully, with tasteful decor and an immaculate welcome. Faultless, don't hesitate to book.
