Harbour Stays - The Marine Centre

Room 10 is an ensuite room only, and it works very well for a visitor with mobility issues or a disabled person. There's a lift to the second floor, and the doors to and within the spacious room and ensuite are wide. The facilities were superbly clean, to a very high standard. The room has tea and coffee making facilities, towels, toiletries, and a small TV with access to all channels, including Netflix. We had some trouble getting in at first, but Miles was helpful and soon got us sorted. There was also a minor repair, which was dealt with quickly after I reported it. Jess from the Harbour Team was very helpful when I had a few questions. You're right in the centre of this vibrant village, with the beach about 100m away. A great breakfast at Sip N Sea is only 40 steps away, across the road. Parking for a week just steps from the accommodation costs about £100. It's a gem of a place, with quality customer service, and a must for a future stay. We've already booked to come back next year.

The room had a great view and tea making facilities, and the location beside the harbour and its car park was excellent. We did have to pay for parking, which could have been included with the room booking. When we arrived there was no heating, but maintenance staff were already dealing with it. They offered to move us, but we stayed put until the heating came back a couple of hours later. Staff also brought extra fan heaters, so I couldn't fault their response. I'd book again without a problem.

The rooms and shared areas are spotless, and the location is incredibly convenient. You couldn't ask for a better spot. We've now stayed in Room 3 after previously being in room 1, and the bigger seating area was nicer. Management were friendly, helpful, and accommodating when we asked if we could have an extra hour at checkout because of a business breakfast meeting. Thanks, Ocean Cabins at the Square. The location was perfect and the room was comfortable. Eva handled an issue I had quickly and very professionally, and I was really happy with the customer service. A small fan for summer and a mini fridge would be my only suggestions. I'm very happy with my stay. Thanks, guys, keep up the good work.
