Crown House Bed & Breakfast

This is our third time staying at Crown House in Great Glemham, and we'd gladly return again. The house is gorgeous, with beautifully furnished rooms, and Sasha is generous and helpful with advice on local places to visit. We especially loved her cooked breakfast, including the plum compote and award-winning marmalade. A real gem.

The village setting felt like something from a novel, and breakfast was incredible. Sasha was a delightful host and made both us and our little dog feel at home. Our bedroom and lounge were cosy, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed, and the bathroom was beautifully finished. A perfect B&B for a break.

We loved relaxing in the large sitting room after days out exploring, and Sasha served her delicious breakfast in the garden on both mornings because the weather was so good. She and her gorgeous dogs made us feel very welcome, and she was keen to share what she knows about the local area. We spent two nights in the Garden Room, where the bed was very comfortable and the big walk-in shower was a treat. We came home feeling rested and refreshed. We'll definitely return to this lovely place in a beautiful part of Suffolk.

Sasha makes sure you eat well, from the scrumptious breakfasts she cooks to her useful suggestions for eating out. She also keeps guidebooks and maps for walks nearby. Her cosy cottage in a quiet village is a great place for a relaxed break, and her care for guests comes through in every part of the stay. Two sweet, well-behaved dogs and a cat greet you, then stay out of your room.
