We all really enjoyed yesterday's Sunday dinner. The beer was good too, and the staff were pleasant. I'd happily recommend it. My only complaint is that I wanted more roast potatoes because they were so good, and I'm greedy!

We phoned on New Year's Day to see if they'd have room for us, and everyone was welcoming and polite. When we arrived, there was a cosy fire going, the staff greeted us right away, and dogs are welcome. The food was hot, tasty, and nicely presented. A really lovely pub and restaurant.

The log fire kept things lovely and warm, and the meal was excellent. Service was five-star, including water and biscuits for my dog without me needing to ask. I had a fantastic, cosy meal at the Fox, and even got to speak with the owner. I wished them success with their two new pubs, though they seem to know what they're doing already.

There are plenty of drinks to choose from, plus daily specials, and the tables are nicely spaced with an open fire. The staff were friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. The food was spot on, and everything about the visit was brilliant. I'd highly recommend the Fox Inn.

The food was great, but what really stood out was how smoothly the whole team worked together. The staff knew the menu, were efficient, polite, and funny. I've never had better restaurant service, which is why I had to leave a review even though I don't usually.
