We had a delicious Sunday lunch before checking in, and the waiting staff were attentive even though it was busy. There was plenty of parking, and breakfast had a great selection with attentive service too. The room was a good size, but we hadn't been told it was a disabled room, so seeing the handrails and emergency cords came as a surprise. The shower never got above tepid, so we couldn't use it, but thankfully there was a bath. We mentioned the water temperature at reception when checking out, so hopefully it's sorted. We'll be back.

We had a lovely break on a Sandy Paws stay. Our room in the main building was really good, though we'd have preferred a ground-floor room with easier access outside for the dog. Friendly staff, a nice atmosphere, and lovely food and drinks made it a great night away.

The food was excellent again, just as it was on our previous visits. Vanessa in the restaurant was so friendly and welcoming, and nothing seemed too much trouble, even while it was busy. Her manner with guests made the stay extra special. The Westleton Crown was lovely, and we were lucky to have amazing weather as well.

A clean, accommodating place to stay, with friendly, professional staff, good food, and a lovely atmosphere. I'd have given it five stars if there hadn't been a service charge for using the bar. I expected that in the restaurant, but not in the bar areas.

After several years away, I stayed again with friends for a lovely night and would certainly return. We spent the afternoon recording in the studio, then went to the Crown for the festivities. Dinner was an amazing three courses with wine, followed by drinks at the bar. My ground-floor room was in the original old building, where I encountered a couple of friendly spirits, and I don't mean brandy. The staff and service were great. Vanessa was especially friendly and fun, and her bhaji starter recommendation was a good one. Everyone was polite and helpful, and breakfast was wonderful too. Merry Christmas, and I hope to be back soon.
