On arrival, our keys and another set of guests’ keys were in the wrong lock boxes, and all the boxes use the same codes. A guy came over with the keys, but left us with the apartment keys and no key for the main door. Then in the morning none of us could shower because the water was cold. We’d left the boost setting on for 50 minutes and it made no difference. We booked for three people, with one bed and one pull-out sofa. The building is pretty, and reasonably tidy and clean. We wouldn’t recommend it or come back.

This is a spacious, lovely apartment arranged over two floors. It was clean and had everything we needed, with complimentary tea, coffee and so on, a nice touch. The location makes it easy to get to and from Scarborough centre and the seafront. We’ll definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay in this well-finished third-floor apartment. It’s spacious, with a lounge, a kitchen and dining room, and a galley bedroom, and had everything we needed. There’s also a parking space of its own. The location is ideal for getting around Scarborough on foot or by local bus. We’d definitely stay again if we return.

The high ceilings and bedroom were two things I really liked, and the apartment’s south-side location is nice for watching the sun or moon rise over the sea. We stayed for a couple of nights last weekend, and it was by far the nicest apartment we’ve stayed in so far in Scarborough. I’d stay here again.
