Good value for what we paid, and the location was convenient and easy to get to. The place was clean and very well kept. I'd recommend it.

The owners were considerate, easy to reach, and great to deal with. The place is well positioned for getting into Scarborough, though street parking can be tricky; the railway car park is only moments away. Our beds were comfortable and the flat was warm and very clean. The downside was the basement flat's thin sound insulation: we could hear everything upstairs, which got annoying when the guests above were inconsiderate.

We'd just arrived for four days and were sure we'd enjoy it. The flat felt lovely and fresh as soon as we walked in, and it's spacious and very well equipped. It's right in the middle of town. Street parking is hard to find, so there were tokens for local parking left on the table. The owners also texted as soon as the flat was ready, a nice touch.

Sue answered any questions within minutes, and the flat was spotless, beautiful, and really roomy, with everything supplied for a comfortable stay. The station is only a two-minute walk away, which was perfect for us travelling by train. Couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely book again.

Sue, the owner, met us at the flat and explained how parking worked. We had a brilliant stay. The ground-floor place was spacious, clean, and very well equipped, a real home from home. I'd recommend it without hesitation.
