Tina is so welcoming and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed three nights at a very reasonable price, and our room was clean and tidy. The breakfast room was the best we've seen in a B&B, beautifully decorated, and breakfast was good. The only small downside for us was having to pre-order breakfast, but everything else more than made up for it. We've stayed around the corner from Tina's in Scarborough before, for £50 more a night, and it was no better. Go here and you'll come back!

Tina made us feel so welcome and kept checking that everything was okay. Powys lodge is beautiful inside, with outstanding decor. Our room had everything we needed, and breakfast was very good. It's a lovely area, within walking distance of the beach and town.

They looked after us and the bikes really well. The breakfast was great, and it was lovely having a lounge off the bedroom. I'd definitely stay again.

Tina is a lovely hostess who went above and beyond when I came back very muddy. She cleaned and dried my waterproofs and wellies. The room was comfortable, breakfast was lovely, and the whole place was spotless, modern, well maintained and good quality. I'll almost certainly return. Thank you!

The location is good if you want to be near the beach. Tina was a great host, and there was a nice range of breakfast choices.
