The apartment was quiet, warm and cosy, with lots of space. It’s finished to a high standard, and the bathroom is fabulous. The castle is within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Cara was exceptional when she helped sort out a bath issue we spotted quickly, and the guest relations team replied to all my questions promptly. The Courtyard apartment is beautifully presented and well placed for both the north and south bays.

The Courtyard property suited us perfectly for location, facilities and comfort. Communication was prompt and responsive from the first contact through to the end of our Easter weekend in Scarborough. We’ll definitely return soon.

Our basement apartment had no view, but that wasn’t much of a problem since we planned to be out most of the day. There was plenty of room and everything we needed for our stay. It’s a great base for either a short or longer break, close to Scarborough Castle and a short walk from both beaches.

You get a lovely outlook over the north shore from this apartment, and it’s very close to the castle. The place was comfortable and nicely presented. I’d certainly stay here again when I’m next in the area.
