We ended up booking here at the last minute for three days after problems at our previous hotel, and the value was amazingly good. Deania, the hotel manager, moved us from the third floor to the first because it was cold, and we had a fantastic sea view there. She was friendly, attentive, and quick to answer questions, explaining things clearly whenever we needed help. The room was a good size. We heard a little noise from next door, but it was easily sorted out. It was cold in the room, though there was a heater we could plug in, which came in handy. We were shown where to find anything extra we needed, or could ask for it. There’s a pub across the road and a shop beside it, so essentials were close by. The location was lovely, and the modern interior suited the surroundings, with some nice pictures on the walls. We were happy with our stay and left the manager a tip to thank her for all her efforts. I’d definitely come back and can’t wait to see what happens with the hotel, it has a lot of potential.

We really enjoyed our stay. The guest house was in a quiet area with a lovely view over North Bay, and the location was perfect. The room was clean, with a huge, comfy bed, and the staff were friendly and informative. We had a couple of issues with the kettle, but nothing serious. It’s about a 15-minute walk to South Bay, and there are bus stops nearby too. Recommended 👌

The host was really friendly, and the rooms were nice. There’s a pub nearby, handy for a meal, though it gets noisy on warm nights. Close to the beach and the curry centre. I liked it!

The Manager was lovely and even carried our bags to the room. They also looked after them before check-in and after check-out until it was time for our train. The price was very good, and the place was spotlessly clean, with a really comfy bed, toiletries, and tea and coffee facilities. It’s perfectly placed for both North and South Bay. I can’t praise the place or the Manager enough. We’re booking again for the same time next year and I absolutely recommend it. Thanks so much for making our stay perfect. X
