We loved the sumptuous, comfortable bed, which is unusual for my husband, as he normally complains about beds where we stay. Breakfast was delicious, especially the overnight oats to start and the poached eggs, and having it brought to bed felt like a real luxury. Our hosts were wonderful and offered such helpful recommendations for exploring Northumberland. Slatehall is well placed for seeing the area. We had a great stay and will return. Thank you.

We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed it. The walk to the front at Seahorses is a little way, but it was a great place to stay. The hosts were lovely, the place was very clean, and they were happy to help with anything. Breakfast was amazing.

Our breakfast was excellent, with good quality food chosen by us and delivered to the room. My wife and I recently stayed at Slate Hall, where the owners were friendly, attentive and ready to help with anything. The rooms have lots of character and the whole place is absolutely immaculate. It's a perfect base for the surrounding landmarks. I highly recommend Slate Hall, and we'll be back.

We had a double room on the ground floor, with everything we could have wanted and more. Mark and Monique were perfect hosts, and the homemade cooked breakfast had so much choice. We spent two wonderful nights at Slate Hall in Seahouses and will definitely return in summer.
