We loved having evening concerts at the Rylestone Gardens bandstand just down the way. Shanklin old village is around the corner, and the buses stop at the end of the road. The apartment on the top floor, No.4, was fantastic: clean, spacious, and both bedrooms stayed cool even in the English heatwave. The views across to Sandown are fantastic, and the balcony was a bonus for morning coffee and evenings. When we had a query, the company replied quickly with a solution. The main catch is the two flights of stairs, so you need to be able to manage them. The seagulls are noisy in the morning too, but that’s life by the beach. We’d love to come back.

We keep coming back because these are cracking apartments. No. 4 has great views, it’s clean and works well for families. Would recommend it all day long.
