After years of struggling with alcohol addiction, I was referred to Somerton Lodge Detox and Recovery Centre by my addiction therapist, Peter Davies. That choice changed my life profoundly. I'd meant to go for a two-week alcohol detox because trying to recover at home with AA meetings and therapy alone felt too hard. I'd already been to three other rehab facilities over the years, The Priory, UKAT and Mount Carmel. This is the only one I can fully endorse and recommend wholeheartedly.
