The pillows were very thin and stained, with no protectors, and there were only two, so I had to go to the nearest large shop to buy pillows and cases. The bottom sheet was worn and bobbly. We also got just two thin, worn bath towels, with no hand towels or shower mat. There wasn't a plug for the kitchenette sink, and the oversized fridge freezer had seen better days. One sofa cushion had a gaping hole underneath. This is a building of bedsits with nobody on site, not a hotel. I couldn't wait to leave.
