The room was filthy and there wasn't even a duvet on the bed. We arrived with the kids and couldn't get into the building at first. Once inside, there was no electricity. When we called the hosts, they offered no reassurance or sympathy and didn't help us find another room or sort out the power. The host was rude and told us, “just get your refund,” so we had to leave with nowhere to stay. We'd been looking forward to the visit, which made the way we were treated even more upsetting. Very poor, mannerless hosts.
