Sally made breakfast a highlight, greeting us each morning with a big smile and a friendly chat. She was wonderful even when rushed off her feet, and nothing seemed too much trouble. There was a nice range of food, including options for vegetarians and vegans. We stayed with family over New Year. The room was clean, comfortable, and just right for us, and the location worked well for town.

Sally and Jess were so kind when we arrived right as breakfast was winding down, and they made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed the breakfast, and it was a big help that they safely looked after our bags for the day. Lovely hotel, top marks.

The staff were incredibly helpful, and everything felt well organised. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh, tasty food. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with an easy check-in, a quiet room, and a very comfortable bed. It's close to the city centre too. A pleasant one-night stay, and I'd come back.

Even though the hotel was full, it was quiet overnight and I hardly saw anyone. The rooms are roomy, clean, and peaceful. I only used the parking and check-in areas, but it made an excellent base.

The rooms were great, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was the surprise: it was well cooked and nicely presented, with none of the usual inconsistency. Really happy with this Premier Inn.
