The food was a highlight for us, beautifully served and full of flavour, and the dining room and grounds were lovely. Service was warm and attentive throughout, and our room was spotless, comfortable and peaceful. Whitley Hall has so much character, from its historic look to the carefully maintained grounds. The décor feels elegant but still welcoming, with details that suit the building's history. It was a fabulous stay, and I'd happily recommend the place and return.

We had a lovely time at my auntie's wedding here. The building is beautiful, the staff were fantastic and the service was great. The food was good, and the pond out back is really nice. Drinks were a little expensive, but I'd still highly recommend it.

The drinks cost a lot. Two pints of Pepsi max came to nearly £12, which felt higher than necessary. We might have ordered more if they were cheaper. We were only there for one night for a wedding, but the hotel itself was lovely. We ended up in the peacock room, which was clean, beautifully decorated and had a comfy bed. The bathroom was wild too, with a jacuzzi! 😂

The dining room and grounds were gorgeous, and both the food and service were top notch. We had a fabulous family meal for a Diamond Wedding celebration. Worth every penny, though I wasn't paying!

Communication was quick and informative all the way through, and Amanda, our coordinator on the day, took great care of us and our guests. Everyone commented on the food, service and space. We didn't book exclusive hire, but the timing and organisation made it feel like ours was the only wedding there. We stayed in the queen mary the night before with my bridal party. The room was spacious, and we added breakfast delivery. It was more than I expected, with a wrap platter arriving around brunch time, maybe because our ceremony was at 130pm. We did all the decor ourselves, and the staff were happy to dress the room according to our detailed instructions. I'd heard people worry that you have to use their team forever yours or staff won't help, but that wasn't our experience. We chose the serenity package, and they were accommodating about whatever we wanted. Their in house dj kept the party going all night. It was a perfect day, enjoyed by everyone, and I'd highly recommend the venue.
