We had a warm welcome and refreshments when we arrived. My family and I stayed here the night before our father’s wake, which was also held here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic, and we had full use of the building for the celebration of life. Very well done. Thanku

I never thought I’d end up in the quaint town of Shepton Mallard, but I stumbled across what I can only describe as a stunning English pub. With every other pub in town closed, the shrubbery hotel gave us a stylish place to eat and drink. The decor was beautiful, and the food arrived on time and tasted delicious. They made a brilliant time of it for us, and I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality.

I went to my friend’s funeral gathering. The food was great, and the bar staff gave great service. Drinks at the bar were a little more expensive than I expected.
