The views from the bay window seating area at Moorhead B&B were so lovely, we could have sat there for hours looking across the fields and farmland. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, a generous supply of tea and coffee, and a fabulous king sized bed. Rebecca has clearly put care into all the little touches that helped us feel at home. We were warmly welcomed by Rebecca when we arrived, and her hospitality experience showed throughout. She was keen to make sure we were comfortable, and her advice about local facilities helped us get ready for the wedding we were attending. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the B&B sits down a gated private lane, which made it feel safe, secluded and peaceful. Inside, there's a small, comfortable lounge with an open log fire and games for guests, plus an ironing board tucked away in case you need it. Breakfast was a treat: a cooked meal, nicely presented and tasty, alongside a good selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast and preserves. The breakfast room has a table for each room, and there's a fridge guests can use for anything that needs to stay chilled. We only stayed one night, but will definitely return for longer and would happily recommend this charming, secluded B&B. Thank you, Rebecca, for making our stay relaxing and memorable.

Room 3 was bright and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches, much like the lounge and breakfast room. Rebecca gave us a warm welcome, and the friendly service was excellent from booking right through checkout. Breakfast was fabulous too, with a varied menu and quality ingredients. We'd gladly stay again if we're in the area and highly recommend it.

We loved watching the birds from the private balcony, with the binoculars provided in the room. Our countryside view was stunning, and the house sits peacefully among rare farmlands. The place has lots of nice touches, including board games in the room and lobby, Sky and Netflix for quiet evenings, and snacks and small bites to choose from. Rebecca was wonderful from the start. Her helpful messages and information made us feel sure we'd have a lovely stay, and when she greeted us on a rainy day with a big smile, we felt at home straight away. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented, with a lovely view. My wife and I enjoyed the whole visit and will definitely come back.
