Hotel Elizabeth

The room itself was good and clean, and we had a lovely balcony that we could enjoy. I did see a report saying room 14 was too small to get past each other in. Maybe that person had a relationship problem, because I had no issue being close to my wife! I wanted to give five stars, but the very hard bed let the room down. It was warm enough that we needed the door open, and a fan would've been nice. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fantastic quality.

We stopped in for a drink with the family this morning. Rajeen the bar man was friendly and chatty, and his service was exceptional. He's a real credit to the hotel. Thank you so much.

The hotel is right on the seafront, and inside it's much more modern than you'd guess from outside. There's even a lift. Staff were lovely and helpful, and the food was delicious. We had a lovely room with a comfy bed and sea view. The lampshade was dusty, which we noticed as we're asthmatic, and the shower leaked when used. I reported it, so it's probably been fixed by now. They lent us a fan too. We'd definitely stay again and were very happy. 🫶🏻💜👍🏻🥰🥳

The owners, I believe, also have the Kingswood next door and the Dukes, and the food at all of them is the same fabulous standard. We hope to return in June to enjoy it again. Thank you. My husband and I spent four nights here and had a lovely time. We've stayed in high-end hotels, but never had food that matched the quality here. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Mr & Mrs Woodcock
