Jane made me feel at home from the moment I arrived late in the evening. She showed me around the rooms and facilities, and even offered to make me something to eat after my long drive. I only stayed one night, which was a shame, since the setting is beautiful, the rooms are roomy and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. I needed somewhere near Sittingbourne for a business trip and contacted Holly House at short notice. Jane had missed my call but texted back promptly to say my dates were fine. It was the most welcoming, friendly B&B reception I’ve had. Thanks for an impeccable stay, Jane. I can see myself coming back to the region for a short break just to stay at Holly House again.

I’m so glad the chain hotels were full when I came over from France for a wedding in Sittingbourne. I found Holly House while searching online for Kent B&Bs, and it turned out to be a real gem. The place is spotless and a delight inside and out. Jane is a wonderful host and an awesome cook, and nothing is too much trouble for her. I wish I’d booked a longer stay. I felt welcome and relaxed, and it was a proper break with great value for money. Nothing to fault.

Borden is a lovely village just minutes from Sittingbourne, which isn’t lovely. The bed and breakfast was fantastic, with a warm host and cosy, comfortable rooms and bathroom.

I had a fabulous stay at Holly Houese last summer. The owners were wonderfully friendly, the breakfasts were the best, and the rooms were really comfy. I’d love to go back.
